We provide art, in various mediums, that may be originals, prints and/or products made by Sonya-Prajna Art.

We provide art classes that are provided by Sonya-Prajna Art.

We provide art-centered sessions provided by Sonya-Prajna Art & RootBone Conjure.

We provide alternative Spiritual Counseling and Companionship sessions which centers on conversation, ceremonies, workings, guidance, ceremonies, art-centered sessions and forms of hypnotherapy that may be addressed through the aforementioned modalities.

NO SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THE AUSPICES OF SONYA-PRAJNA ART & ROOTBONE CONJURE, ARE MEANT TO BE A SUBSTITUTE FOR RECEIVING MEDICAL AND/ OR MENTAL CARE, DIAGNOSES AND/ OR INTERVENTION FROM A QUALIFIED AND LICENSED MEDICAL DOCTOR OR OTHER MEDICAL/ HEALTHCARE  PROFESSIONAL.

CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE AND DISCUSS ANY INFORMATION THAT MAY ADVERSELY IMPACT THE SERVICES THAT WILL BE PROVIDED BY SONYA-PRAJNA ART & ROOTBONE CONJURE BEFORE ANY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY SONYA-PRAJNA ART & ROOTBONE CONJURE. SERVICES MAY BE DECLINED BASED ON THE INFORMATION DISCLOSED AND DISCUSSED.

By booking an alternative Spiritual Counseling and Companionship session, that may include a hypnosis session with Sonya-Prajna Art & RootBone Conjure, you agree that you are engaging in the process of conversation, guidance and hypnotism, and are willing to be hypnotized. The provided hypnotherapy services of Sonya-Prajna Art & RootBone Conjure are considered to be an exploration modality utilizing hypnosis. A Certified Hypnotherapist does not diagnosis conditions, prescribe medications or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that a licensed physician or health care professional is contacted for any physical, or psychological, ailments that you may have, and they are aware of hypnosis treatments received.

By booking Spiritual Counseling and Companionship guidance sessions with Sonya-Prajna Art & RootBone Conjure, you are understanding that you are agreeing to counseling and/or guidance sessions and recommendations which are structured as a way to provide life coaching and assistance, in regards to the credentials listed, and are not within the scope of practice of addressing mental health issues or concerns. A Spiritual Counselor and Companion Practitioner does not diagnosis conditions, prescribe medications or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that a licensed physician or health care professional is contacted for any physical or psychological ailments that you may have.

By booking Reiki treatment sessions with Sonya-Prajna Art & RootBone Conjure, you are aware that Reiki is used as a form of stress reduction and as a relaxation technique. A Reiki Practitioner does not diagnosis conditions, prescribe medications or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that a licensed physician, or health care, professional is contacted for any physical, or psychological, ailments that you may have.

All other aforementioned services and recommendations that are provided by Sonya-Prajna Art & RootBone Conjure, and listed as services provided, are rendered within the training and scope of practice of the credential holder.

Clients, with certain conditions or diagnoses, will not receive hypnotherapy, Reiki treatments, spiritual counseling, peer companionship, and/or guidance without the consent/ referral of Medical Doctors, Dietitians or other medical professionals. Clients may be requested, or required, to provide documentation to support that the stated condition or diagnoses exists, and that the designated treatment is approved by the Medical Doctor, Dietitian or other medical profession of record.

No therapeutic alternate Spiritual Counseling and Companionship, guidance, hypnotherapy, and/ or Reiki sessions provided under the auspices of Sonya-Prajna Art & Rootbone Conjure is meant to be a substitute for licensed medical and/ or mental health care; and the client agrees to disclose any medical or mental health issues, which may contraindicate alternative healing, guidance, spiritual counseling, hypnosis, and/or Reiki, to the Certified Hypnotherapist/ Spiritual Counselor/ Reiki Master/Practitioner, prior to the session. If such conditions do exist, hypnotherapy or alternative modality sessions shall not take place; referral back to the licensed care provider, of record, is indicated in such circumstances.

Arbitration:

It is agreed between client and Sonya-Prajna Art & RootBone Conjure that no lawsuit of any kind shall be brought until Arbitration procedures of the county and state where treatment is rendered shall be exhausted and any lawsuit shall only be maintained in the county and state where the treatment was rendered. The non-provailing party at the Arbitration shall be responsible for reasonable attorney fees, the fee of the Arbitrator and costs and is paid prior to the commencement of any lawsuit.
